CNY Delivery Notes

​

• Delivery Charge - $10 with a minimum order of $88.

• Delivery Charge - waived for orders above $128.

• Delivery charge is for a one-time trip to one location per order only.

• Deliver within 3-5 working days. (We go by zone due to limitation of our logistics)

• No delivery to Sentosa, CBD, Orchard Area, Islands, Restricted, and Military Area.

Normal Delivery (Off-Peak)

 

• Our drivers will contact the recipients at least an hour before delivery. In the event that the recipient is not available to receive the products at the stipulated delivery time slot, no refunds or redelivery will be granted. Re-delivery will incur additional charges of $10.

​

• The recipient has to be at the venue during the three-hour delivery window. In the event where there is no one to receive the order, the driver will bring the items back to the shop until further instruction from the person that ordered. An extra delivery fee will be charged to re-deliver the items.

​

• Reschedule of delivery will be dependent on the availability of our driver.  

​

• The person receiving the cake is responsible to check the order specifications of the cake received (including provisions of knives, candles, decorations, and toppers).

​

• If instructions are given to the driver to leave the items outside the premises, such as on a door handle or a cabinet, we will not be responsible for the conditions of these items after delivery.

 

 

Charges

 

• Delivery charge - $10 per order (Minimum order of $60 to deliver).

​

• Delivery charge – waived for orders above $80 nett.

​

• Our delivery charges are for a one-time delivery to one location per order only.

 

​

Locations

 

• We do not deliver to all Singapore islands, Jurong Island, Restricted area, and Military areas.

​

• Delivery to Sentosa, CBD, Orchard area will incur an extra charge of $10. 

​

• ERP and entrance fees are applied separately.

 

​

Timing

 

• We deliver Mondays to Saturdays: 10 am - 5.30 pm.

​

• Delivery time slots are on a first come first serve basis.

​

• No delivery on Sundays and P.H.

​

• A three-hour delivery window is required. This is to take into account the traffic and our driver’s delivery schedule. Slots are on a first come first serve basis.

​

• Special delivery outside normal delivery timing or day can be made upon request. Additional charges applied. ERP, entrance, and car park fees are applied separately.

Orders

 

• All cakes and pastries orders should be placed at least 3 working days in advance.

​

• Customers are required to make full payment to confirm the order.   

​

• If the order is a gift or a surprise, do let us know. Please clearly state the name and contact number of the recipient in the order form. Similarly, do ensure that someone is there to receive the delivery at the stated time slot.

​

• No changes/cancellation/refund requests can be made after the order is confirmed.

​

• The recipient’s name and contact number will be required if the person that ordered will not be the one at the venue receiving the item.

​

• Decorations and Fruits are subjected to availability and season; we reserved the rights to change the decoration at the baker’s discretion.

​

• We reserve the right to accept or reject any order(s).

 

​

Self-Collection

 

• All collections must be made within

  • Mondays to Saturdays: 9.30 am - 6 pm

  • Closed on Sundays and P.H

​

• Orders that are not collected before we close for the day will be kept till the next working day for collection.

​

• The person collecting the cake and couriers engaged by the person who ordered are responsible to check the condition and quantity of the cake and whether it matches the information in the order form/invoice (eg. design, candles, knife, and toppers).

​

• We will not be responsible for damages that occur after the item has left our premises.
